We are seeking individuals responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience by actively engaging with all customers and upholding customer experience principles and philosophy, while also maintaining a clean and organized store environment. This role includes adherence to all operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards. Team members may be cross-trained to assist in various store areas to meet business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
– Serve as a role model for established customer experience practices with both internal and external customers.
– Foster a positive store culture characterized by honesty, integrity, and respect.
– Accurately process customer transactions, including purchases and returns, in accordance with established procedures.
– Promote credit and loyalty programs to enhance customer engagement.
– Uphold the merchandising philosophy and adhere to established procedures and standards.
– Efficiently process and prepare merchandise for the sales floor following company guidelines.
– Initiate and partake in store recovery tasks throughout the day.
– Maintain organizational, cleanliness, and recovery standards for the sales floor and support the maintenance and cleanliness of the entire store.
– Provide and accept recognition and constructive feedback.
– Comply with labor laws, policies, and procedures.
– Support and participate in store shrink reduction initiatives.
– Engage in safety awareness and ensure a safe working environment.
– Undertake other duties as assigned.
