Job description:
We are seeking a dedicated Front of House Supervisor to join our team immediately in a full-time capacity. This role is based at Henry Ford Providence Hospital, located at 16001 Nine Mile Road, Southfield, MI 48075. Please note that applications are only accepted online.
The work schedule is full-time, Monday through Friday, with hours varying and rotating weekends as needed. Further details regarding the schedule will be provided during the interview process.
Candidates must possess prior barista and managerial experience to be considered for this position. The compensation for this role ranges from $17.50 to $19.00 per hour.

In this role, you will monitor food service operations to ensure the delivery of outstanding products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
– Manage inventory effectively to uphold high standards and minimize waste.
– Supervise staff to ensure compliance with quality assurance standards while maintaining a clean and organized operation.
– Monitor marketing materials to ensure signage is current and relevant.
– Uphold company and client policies and procedures to ensure compliance.
– Perform additional duties as assigned.
