We are currently looking for a part-time Retail Clerk for our outlet store. This role offers between 16 to 19 hours of work per week at a rate of $13.00 per hour.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers, showcasing an extensive knowledge of our product offerings to aid in their selection.
  • Provide clear information regarding product availability, ingredients, and nutritional content.
  • Manage phone inquiries with a courteous and professional demeanor.
  • Conduct cash and credit card transactions efficiently and accurately.
  • Ensure the store’s cleanliness and organization, including merchandise arrangement and shelf restocking as needed.
  • Collaborate in performing inventory counts.
  • Organize and manage merchandise pricing, signage, and coding.
  • Maintain optimal stock levels on the sales floor at all times.
  • Adhere to established customer service standards.
  • Address and resolve customer concerns promptly and with genuine care.

Requirements:

  • Candidates must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Successful completion of a computerized assessment is required.
  • Availability to work weekends is essential.
  • Proficient in operating cash registers and credit card machines.
  • Experience in suggestive selling is preferred.
  • Basic computer skills, particularly in using laptops, are necessary.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods is required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
