Role Summary
In this position, you will play a key role in creating an exceptional member experience by delivering outstanding customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members, and guests.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Greet members, prospective members, and guests with enthusiasm, ensuring exceptional customer service.
  • Manage all front desk activities, including:
    • Answering phone calls in a friendly manner, checking members in, processing new member sign-ups, and providing tours to prospective members.
    • Facilitating necessary updates to members’ accounts.
    • Addressing member inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally, escalating issues to the Assistant Manager or Manager as required.
    • Contributing to the overall tidiness and cleanliness of the club.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Previous customer service experience is preferred.
  • Basic proficiency in computer systems is essential.
  • A genuine passion for fitness and health is required.
  • An upbeat and positive attitude is a must.
  • Punctuality and reliability are critical.
  • Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to engage positively and professionally with members and coworkers, consistently exceeding expectations.
