Job Title: Caregiver 2nd Shift

Company: Quality Private Care

Location: Shelby Township, MI

Pay: $15 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: As of October 2023, an hourly rate of $15 for a “Caregiver 2nd Shift” position in Shelby Township, MI, is generally considered below the average wage for caregivers in the region. Caregivers in Michigan typically earn between $17 to $20 per hour, with some positions offering higher rates depending on experience, certifications, and the specific demands of the job. This rate may be less competitive, particularly for roles that require additional responsibilities or specialized skills. Furthermore, factors such as cost of living and demand for healthcare workers in the area can influence salary expectations. Overall, the $15 per hour rate may struggle to attract quality candidates, especially given the current labor market trends.
