Following the completion of training, drivers may transition to component pay, and you’ll receive weekly compensation.

Join us for a balanced work-life schedule with a four-day work week, Monday through Friday, with Wednesdays off and early start times between 3:00 AM and 5:00 AM. Main Responsibilities:

  • Safely operate delivery trucks to reach customers and adhere to scheduled delivery times.
  • Carefully unload products using a two-wheeler, pallet jack, or by hand, placing them in designated storage areas.
  • Verify delivery accuracy with customers and secure appropriate signatures.
  • Process customer collections and payments as required.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to enhance the client experience.
  • Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of all equipment.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull 20 to 80+ lbs. of product repeatedly throughout each shift.
  • Comfort with driving and working in inclement weather and managing frequent stops (10+ per shift).

Qualifications:

  • Registration with the FMCSA Clearinghouse is required.
  • Candidates must be at least 21 years of age.
  • A valid CDL Class A license issued by the state of residence, with necessary endorsements and DOT qualifications, is mandatory.
  • A minimum of six months of commercial driving experience in any industry, or three months in the food and/or beverage delivery sector is required.
  • Preference will be given to those with the ability to operate manual transmissions; this may be a requirement in certain locations.
  • Proficiency in reading and speaking English is necessary for effective communication, understanding highway traffic signs, responding to inquiries, and completing reports.
