We are seeking a Recruitment Marketing Strategist to lead the strategic development, execution, and assessment of our recruitment marketing initiatives while enhancing our employer brand across the United States and beyond. Your role will encompass but not be limited to:
– Developing and implementing innovative recruitment and employer branding strategies for campus and experienced hires.
– Cultivating strong partnerships with the recruiting team to comprehend their objectives and propose effective solutions to achieve them.
– Collaborating with our social media team to devise a compelling social engagement strategy.
– Working alongside our paid media specialists to create, analyze, and interpret paid digital media campaigns aimed at enhancing candidate engagement and brand visibility.
– Managing relationships with recruitment vendors and overseeing contract administration, including analysis of recruiting analytics and scorecards.
– Creating external recruiting materials to communicate effectively with applicants, prospects, campus students, and referral sources.
– Addressing reviews on social media and vendor website profiles.
– Coordinating logistics and negotiating contracts for campus and internal recruiting events.
– Conceptualizing themes and activities for events such as team building and case studies.

The qualifications for this position include:
– 2-4 years of experience in brand management, communications, content creation, and/or event coordination, with a preference for candidates with experience in recruitment marketing.
– A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, or a related business field is required.
– A strong understanding of candidate engagement programs.
– Proficiency in using recruitment social networking platforms such as Indeed and Glassdoor, with additional experience in channels like LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram being advantageous.
– Competence in MS Office applications.
– A passion for recruitment and an understanding of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives is preferred.
– Experience in the professional services sector is a plus.
