Responsibilities:
As a caregiver, your responsibilities will include:

  • Implementing personalized weekly schedules and care plans
  • Assisting clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) in a safe and professional manner
  • Providing personal companionship while remaining actively engaged with each client through social and emotional support
  • Aiding with personal care activities, including hygiene, mobility assistance, incontinence care, light housekeeping, feeding, and meal preparation
  • Offering transportation to and from appointments as needed
  • Performing administrative functions, such as documenting task completion and reporting any changes in the client’s physical condition, mental capability, or behavior

Qualifications:
To qualify for this position, you will need:

  • A minimum of 1 year of professional caregiver experience
  • Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) certification
  • Proof of a valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, registration, and access to a reliable vehicle
  • Open availability is strongly preferred
  • TB Screening/PPD and/or Chest X-Ray
  • Basic computer skills
  • Documentation of eligibility to work in the U.S.
