Job Description:

We are seeking a Security Officer for a part-time position at a hospital, offering a competitive pay rate of $18.00 per hour. The available shifts are as follows:

  • Saturday and Sunday: 8 am – 4 pm
  • Thursday and Friday: 4 pm – 12 am
  • Friday and Saturday: 12 am – 8 am

Candidates must possess prior security experience.

As a Security Officer, you will protect and serve clients across various sectors, including Commercial Real Estate, Healthcare, Education, and Government.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service by implementing safety and security protocols, adhering to site-specific policies, and conducting emergency response activities as needed.
  • Remain composed and solution-oriented when responding to incidents and critical situations.
  • Perform regular and random patrols of the premises and its perimeter. Working environments and conditions may vary by client site.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles and 21+ years for armed roles.
  • High school diploma or equivalent, or a minimum of 5 years of verifiable experience.
  • Satisfactory completion of a background investigation as part of the employment process, in accordance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applicants with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable regulations.
  • Submission to a drug screening may be required as permitted by law.
