Role Summary:
The Team Member will play a crucial role in enhancing the member experience by delivering an exceptional level of customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members, and guests.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Greet members, prospective members, and guests, ensuring outstanding customer service.
  • Manage all front desk activities, which include:
    • Answering phone calls in a friendly manner, checking in members, enrolling new members, and conducting tours for prospective members.
    • Facilitating necessary updates to members’ accounts.
    • Responding to member inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally, escalating issues to the Assistant Manager or Manager as needed.
    • Assisting in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the club.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Basic proficiency in computer applications.
