The Avalon of New Albany is seeking a hospitality-focused Server to become an integral member of our culinary team. This position involves comprehensive, hands-on serving responsibilities within our community.

Key Responsibilities of a Dining Room Server include:

– Consistently uphold the community’s standards for cleanliness, sanitation, and organization.
– Ensure adherence to food quality, presentation, and appearance standards at all times.
– Maintain a dining room environment that meets our appearance and presentation criteria.
– Arrange tables and keep workstations organized. Take orders, deliver services, and respond to requests courteously and graciously, while providing information on menu items as needed.
– Serve customers using proper etiquette, fostering an inviting and enjoyable dining atmosphere.

Qualifications we are looking for:

– Completion of at least the sophomore year of high school is required.
– Prior experience in food service is preferred.
– Experience in working with seniors is preferred.

The salary range for this position is $15 to $17 per hour.
