Job description:

We are seeking to fill immediate full-time and part-time Shift Supervisor positions at our Capital One location in Detroit, MI. This role requires effective leadership in order to guide associates and ensure that all job expectations are met in alignment with our company’s policies and procedures.

Key Details:

• Location: Capital One – 511 Woodward Avenue, Detroit, MI 48226. Please note that online applications are accepted only.
• Schedule: Positions are available for both full-time and part-time schedules, primarily Monday through Friday between 6:30 AM and 1:30 PM, with the possibility of additional Saturday shifts as needed. Further details will be provided during the interview process.
• Experience: A minimum of one year of prior experience as a barista and in a supervisory role is required.
• Compensation: This is a tipped position, with pay ranging from $18.00 to $20.00 per hour.

• Preparing production or sales reports for management review, and ensuring your unit meets standards for quality, productivity, and safety.
• Serving as the primary contact for employee inquiries regarding complaints or requests for time off.
• Acting as a mentor, supporting employee development, and encouraging team members to set and pursue advancement goals within the organization.
• Performing additional duties as assigned.
