Job Title: Med Tech

Company: Golden Orchards

Location: Allegan, MI

Pay: $14 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: As of October 2023, an hourly rate of $14 for a Med Tech position in Allegan, MI, is generally below the industry standards for this role, which typically range from $15 to $25 per hour depending on qualifications, experience, and facility type. In Michigan, particularly in rural areas like Allegan, wages can be lower than in major metropolitan areas, but a rate of $14 may still struggle to attract qualified candidates considering the demands of the role, which often requires certifications and responsibilities such as assisting with patient care and managing medical supplies. Therefore, while this rate may reflect local economic conditions, it is not competitive relative to industry norms for Med Techs.
