We offer a structured pay progression once training is completed, along with weekly pay and a comprehensive benefits package available after 90 days of employment. Main Responsibilities:

– Safely operate trucks to deliver products to customers and adhere to scheduled delivery times.
– Carefully unload products using equipment such as two-wheelers and pallet jacks, ensuring items are placed in designated storage areas.
– Confirm delivery accuracy with customers and secure necessary signatures.
– Manage collections and payments when required.
– Provide outstanding customer service to enhance client relationships.
– Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip equipment inspections.

Physical Requirements:

– Capability to lift, carry, push, or pull between 20 to over 80 pounds of product repetitively throughout the shift.
– Comfort with driving and performing job duties in varying weather conditions, making frequent stops (10+ per shift).

Qualifications:

– Registration with the FMCSA Clearinghouse is mandatory.
– Candidates must be at least 21 years of age.
– A valid CDL Class A license issued by your state of residence, including necessary endorsements and DOT qualifications, is required.
– Applicants should have a minimum of six months of commercial driving experience in any industry, or three months specifically within the food and/or beverage delivery sector.
– Preference will be given to those with the ability to operate manual transmission, which may be required in certain locations.
– Proficiency in reading and communicating in English is essential for understanding traffic signs, interacting with officials, and completing necessary documentation.
