COMPENSATION:
– $15.00 per hour (Part-Time + Sales Commission based on Membership Sales)
– Part-Time Position – 15-20 hours per week
– Access to complimentary OTF Workouts

Here’s what the position entails:

  • Welcoming all visitors to the studio with enthusiasm, energy, and knowledge
  • Managing front desk operations, including answering phones and engaging with members
  • Conducting studio tours
  • Collaborating closely with trainers to guide new members through their first Orangetheory workout
  • Promoting and selling memberships to ensure the studio’s success
  • Following up with prospective clients
  • Addressing members’ concerns in a professional and objective manner, with a focus on resolution
  • Participating in marketing and outreach events
  • Maintaining a clean and organized environment throughout the studio
