Job Description
Job Title: Caregiver
Company: Quality Private Care
Location: Sterling Heights, MI
Pay: $15 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $15 for a caregiver position in Sterling Heights, MI, is generally below the average industry standard for similar roles in the area. As of 2023, caregiver wages in Michigan typically range from $16 to $20 per hour, depending on experience, specific duties, and the employer. While entry-level positions might offer lower rates, the compensation of $15 may not be competitive enough to attract qualified candidates, especially given the increasing demand for caregivers and rising living costs. Therefore, enhancing this wage could be beneficial for recruitment and retention in this essential sector.
