We are seeking a part-time Member Service Representative (MSR) who is available to work evenings and weekends. Role Summary
The Team Member will be dedicated to creating a positive experience for our members by delivering exceptional customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members, and guests.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Greet members, prospective members, and guests, ensuring an outstanding customer service experience.
- Manage front desk operations, including:
- Answering phones in a friendly manner and assisting callers with various inquiries.
- Checking members into the system.
- Facilitating new member sign-ups.
- Conducting tours for prospective members.
- Assisting with updates to member accounts as necessary.
- Responding promptly and professionally to member questions and concerns, escalating to the Assistant Manager or Manager when appropriate.
- Maintaining the cleanliness and neatness of the club.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Prior customer service experience is preferred.
- Basic computer proficiency is required.
- A strong passion for fitness and health is essential.
- Must possess an upbeat and positive attitude.
- Punctuality and reliability are critical.
- Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to interact positively and professionally with members and co-workers, consistently exceeding expectations.
