We are seeking a part-time Member Service Representative (MSR) who is available to work evenings and weekends. Role Summary
The Team Member will be dedicated to creating a positive experience for our members by delivering exceptional customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members, and guests.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Greet members, prospective members, and guests, ensuring an outstanding customer service experience.
  • Manage front desk operations, including:
    • Answering phones in a friendly manner and assisting callers with various inquiries.
    • Checking members into the system.
    • Facilitating new member sign-ups.
    • Conducting tours for prospective members.
    • Assisting with updates to member accounts as necessary.
    • Responding promptly and professionally to member questions and concerns, escalating to the Assistant Manager or Manager when appropriate.
    • Maintaining the cleanliness and neatness of the club.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Prior customer service experience is preferred.
  • Basic computer proficiency is required.
  • A strong passion for fitness and health is essential.
