Job Summary:
The Housekeeper plays a vital role in ensuring that guest rooms, hallways, and public areas of the hotel are maintained to high standards of cleanliness and aesthetic appeal. This position involves daily servicing of guest rooms according to hotel protocols, restocking the housekeeping cart with necessary supplies, replacing bed linens, and replenishing in-room amenities while adhering to company standards and established safety and security procedures. Additionally, the Housekeeper may be tasked with conducting deep cleaning activities within guest rooms and assisting with preventative maintenance duties as required.

Qualifications:
– High School diploma or equivalent; experience in the hotel industry or a related field is preferred.
– Strong attention to detail with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members in both verbal and written formats.
– Clear and effective communication skills for conveying information and ideas.
