As a Member Services Representative, you will be part of the customer service department supporting member satisfaction. • Provide exceptional front-line member service by processing deposits, withdrawals, and account maintenance tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
• Assist members with account-related inquiries, including opening/closing accounts, debit card issues, and other account maintenance needs.
• Address and resolve member questions or concerns about credit union products and services, ensuring a positive member experience.
• Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth daily operations and member satisfaction.
• Be prepared to work at multiple branch locations (Ishpeming and Marquette) as needed and assist with Saturday shifts.

What’s Needed?

• Part time, 20-29 hours per week, primarily working the later shift until 6 p.m. during the week and frequently working Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
• Primarily based in Ishpeming but may be expected to work in Marquette on an as-needed basis.
• Temporary to possible hire position.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• One year of customer service and/or cash handling experience required.
