Shift times available:
– Saturday: 9:00 PM – 7:00 AM
– Sunday: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
– Sunday: 3:00 PM – 9:00 PM
– Sunday: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

Location: Westerville

Responsibilities:

– Execute all tasks with a deep commitment to nurturing each individual’s potential, ensuring that every client lives a healthy and meaningful life.
– Provide bedside or personal care, including assistance with ambulation and personal hygiene.
– Perform household duties such as cooking, cleaning, laundry, and running errands.
– Support individuals or families during times of incapacitation, transition, or recovery, offering companionship and personal care as they adjust to new circumstances.
– Carry out healthcare-related tasks, such as monitoring vital signs and administering medication, under the supervision of registered nurses or physiotherapists.
– Plan, shop for, and prepare nutritious meals, or assist families with meal preparation and planning.
– Transport clients to appointments or outings using a motor vehicle.
– Educate or advise clients on household management, hygiene, nutrition, and infant care.
– Document and maintain records of clients’ progress, services provided, and any changes in condition.
– Ensure compliance with weekly reporting on clients’ goals and overall health and well-being.

Additional Duties: This list is not exhaustive; additional responsibilities may be assigned.

– Ability to independently lift up to 50 pounds.
– Capability to reposition patients of any weight or size with assistance and/or adaptive equipment.
– Maintain current CPR certification.
– Keep up-to-date with background checks.
– Complete state-mandated 8-hour annual training and re-certification.
