Job Title: Fitness Trainer

Company: Planet Fitness

Location: Marion, OH

Pay: $14 – 16 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $14 – $16 for a Fitness Trainer in Marion, OH, is generally considered below the industry standard for this role, especially when compared to national averages. According to data from various job boards and industry reports, the average hourly wage for fitness trainers in the U.S. typically ranges from $18 to $25, with higher rates in urban areas or for trainers with specialized skills and certifications. Given the cost of living in Marion, this wage may be marginally acceptable for entry-level positions, but it is likely to be viewed as uncompetitive for more experienced trainers or those with specialized qualifications, suggesting that these rates may limit the ability to attract and retain skilled professionals in the region.
