Job Summary
In the role of Line Cook, you will be responsible for executing all assigned prep work, setting up the cooking station, and maintaining high standards of product presentation, quality, and cooking times. You will prepare all menu items according to Applebee’s established recipes, plate presentations, and specifications.

Qualifications

• A minimum of one year’s experience in the casual restaurant industry is preferred.
• A high school diploma or GED is preferred.
• Current alcohol and food certification in compliance with state requirements is preferred.
• Strong understanding of team leadership and effective conflict resolution.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to comfortably meet the physical demands of a restaurant environment.
