Caregiver Job Responsibilities Include:

– Providing caring companionship and engaging conversation.
– Incidental transportation and assistance with errands and shopping.
– Light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
– Specialized care for individuals with dementia and Alzheimer’s, ALS, and Parkinson’s.
– Assisting with personal care, including bathing and incontinence support.
– Proficient in using Hoyer lifts and gait belts for transfers.

Requirements for Successful Candidates:

– Passing a comprehensive criminal background check and DMV record check is required.
– Reliable transportation is essential.
– A valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and registration are mandatory.
