Job Summary
Wright Technical Services is pleased to represent a reputable healthcare manufacturer in the search for a P21 Business Applications Specialist. This pivotal role is responsible for administering, configuring, supporting, upgrading, and managing the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, specifically Prophet 21 and JobBOSS. The successful candidate will also play a key role in report generation, integration management, and end-user support. Collaboration with various departments, including Sales, Quality, and Purchasing, is essential to ensure that ERP systems and associated tools effectively and efficiently meet business needs.

Qualifications
– A bachelor’s degree is highly preferred for this role.
– A four (4) year degree in Technology Services or an equivalent field.
– Demonstrated experience in administering and managing ERP systems, with preference given to those familiar with Prophet 21 and/or JobBOSS.
– Proficient in creating and managing reports using tools such as Crystal Reports, Power BI, Phocas, or similar applications.
– Strong knowledge of database administration, particularly Microsoft SQL Server.
– Familiarity with EDI integrations and associated technologies.
– Experience providing end-user support via a ticketing system such as Jira.
– Proven ability to collaborate effectively with multiple departments and external vendors.
– Exceptional troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
– Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Skills
– Experience with Avalara Tax.
– Familiarity with GIT (revision control system).
– Knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server and PowerShell scripting.
– SQL development experience.

Description and Responsibilities
– Administer, configure, and support ERP systems (Prophet 21 and JobBOSS) to align with business requirements.
– Design and develop reports utilizing tools such as Crystal Reports, Power BI, Phocas, and Grow.
– Manage and maintain EDI integrations, including Comparatio.
– Collaborate with external vendors, including American Eagle for eCommerce, to ensure seamless system operations.
– Oversee and maintain database servers using Microsoft SQL Server.
– Provide end-user support for technical issues, utilizing Jira for ticket management.
– Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify system needs and implement effective solutions.
– Support system upgrades, troubleshoot technical issues, and maintain overall system stability.
– Perform additional duties as assigned by the Technology Manager.
