Job description:
The End User Experience – Print/Device team is dedicated to testing and providing support for client endpoint devices, including laptops, desktops, printers, monitors, and other peripherals.
Required Skills
- A minimum of 2 years of technical support experience in a computer support environment.
- An associate’s degree in computer science and/or business, or an equivalent level of work experience.
- Ability to thrive in a customer-oriented, collaborative team environment.
- Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills to effectively engage with both technical and non-technical staff.
- Experience in providing support on individual projects and initiatives within established scope, budget, and timeline.
- Proficient in tracking corporate IT assets throughout the printer lifecycle.
- Expertise in installing, supporting, and maintaining relevant print applications.
- Experience in provisioning applications utilizing Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM).
- Competence in testing and supporting printer operating systems.
- Proficiency in testing desktops, laptops, monitors, and peripherals.
- Capable of configuring, troubleshooting, and repairing supported hardware.
- Familiarity with opening tickets to monitor work performed for line of business partners via ServiceNow.
- Knowledgeable in configuring and supporting related Windows Server applications.
- Ability to lift weights exceeding 50 lbs.
Desired Skills
- Support experience with desktop, print, and server operating systems.
- Skills in configuring network connectivity, including mobile computing.
- Functional understanding of information security and best practices.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Prior experience with Webjet Admin and HP printers.

Essential Job Functions
- Provide support for Key’s computer platforms at corporate, campus, and retail locations.
- Deliver a high standard of customer service to Key’s internal client base.
- Maintain effective communication with end users.
- Setup, maintain, and troubleshoot Microsoft Windows and Apple macOS environments.
- Complete assigned tickets within service level agreements (SLA).
- Apply industry-standard concepts, practices, and procedures.
- Adhere to documented guidelines while performing job functions.
- Communicate with clarity and professionalism.
- Collaborate closely with team members and produce comprehensive documentation.
- Demonstrate a willingness to learn and adapt to new procedures.
- Embrace mentorship and training opportunities.
- Schedule, coordinate, and facilitate meetings with team members, peers, and vendors.
- Address and resolve issues for line of business (LOB) partners while understanding their technology needs.
- Be available for on-call support, including weekends and weeknights.
