What will you do?
– Greet guests warmly and attend to their needs, providing menus, articulating restaurant specials, answering menu inquiries, and collecting food and beverage orders.
– Serve alcoholic beverages responsibly, in compliance with all alcohol service policies and procedures.
– Accurately enter orders into the point-of-sale system, process payments, and deliver checks to guests.
– Collaborate effectively with fellow servers, kitchen staff, and bar personnel.
– Perform opening, closing, cleaning, and side work duties as assigned, ensuring all equipment and workspaces are clean, sanitized, organized, and fully operational.

More about you
– Must be at least 21 years old.
– Experience in cash handling and credit card processing is required.
– One year of experience as a server in a high-volume environment is preferred, as well as familiarity with a point-of-sale system in a service or hospitality setting.
– A high school diploma or GED is not required.

Physical requirements
– Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs and should be capable of standing, walking, and bending for extended periods, which may include navigating stairs.
– Visual and auditory acuity is necessary for taking orders and preparing checks.
