Job Summary:
The Housekeeper performs light cleaning duties to uphold cleanliness and organization within establishments, including hotels, restaurants, and hospitals. Responsibilities include making beds, replenishing linens, cleaning rooms and hallways, and vacuuming.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional customer service with meticulous attention to detail.
• Sweep, scrub, mop, and polish floors.
• Vacuum carpets, rugs, and draperies.
• Shampoo carpets, rugs, and upholstery.
• Dust and polish furniture and fixtures.
• Clean metal fixtures and fittings.
• Empty and clean trash containers, disposing of waste in a sanitary manner.
• Maintain cleanliness of wash basins, mirrors, tubs, and showers.
• Wipe down glass surfaces.
• Make and change beds and linens as needed.
• Arrange furniture and amenities according to the prescribed layout.
• Address guest inquiries and requests promptly.
• Respond to housekeeping-related issues such as spills and broken items.
• Foster a collaborative work environment, exhibiting professionalism with customers and colleagues.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
