Job Description
Job Title: Fitness Trainer
Company: Planet Fitness
Location: Delaware, OH
Pay: $14 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: An hourly rate of $14 for a “Fitness Trainer” in Delaware, OH, appears to be below the national average, which often ranges from $15 to $25 per hour depending on experience, certifications, and the specific type of training offered (group classes, personal training, etc.). In Ohio, the average wage for fitness trainers tends to skew toward the mid to high teens, with more experienced trainers or those in specialized roles earning higher rates. Therefore, while $14 may be a starting wage for entry-level positions, it is likely not competitive or aligned with industry standards for professionals in the field, potentially making it difficult to attract qualified candidates.
