Job Title: HOUSEKEEPER (FULL TIME)

Company: Compass Group

Location: Centerville, OH

Pay: $15 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: As of October 2023, an hourly rate of $15 for a full-time housekeeper in Centerville, OH, is generally on the lower end of the pay scale for this role. According to recent data, the average hourly wage for housekeepers in Ohio ranges from about $12 to $20, depending on experience and specific job responsibilities. In larger metropolitan areas or for roles requiring specialized skills, wages can be higher. Therefore, while $15 may be acceptable for entry-level positions, it may not be competitive for experienced housekeepers, particularly in a tight labor market where wage expectations are rising. Overall, this rate could impact recruitment and employee retention negatively in the long term.
