Job Description
Job Title: Full Time- Dining Room Server
Company: Community First Solutions
Location: Beavercreek, OH
Pay: $12 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: An hourly rate of $12 for a Full-Time Dining Room Server in Beavercreek, OH, is generally below the industry standard for restaurant servers in the region. As of 2023, server wages often range from $15 to $20 per hour, especially when factoring in tips, which can significantly boost overall earnings. While it may be competitive for entry-level positions or smaller establishments, the rate could be considered low for a full-time role, particularly in suburban areas with a higher cost of living. Employers may need to adjust compensation to attract and retain quality staff in a competitive job market.
