Job Title: Caregiver

Company: Homestead

Location: Sterling Heights, MI

Pay: $15 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $15 for a caregiver position in Sterling Heights, MI, is slightly below the national average for similar roles, which typically ranges from $15 to $20 per hour, depending on experience, certifications, and specific job requirements. In Michigan, wages for caregivers can vary, with many entry-level positions starting around $15, but experienced caregivers or those with specialized skills may earn more. While the rate may be competitive for entry-level roles, it may not attract individuals with more experience or certifications. Overall, while $15 per hour meets the lower end of the spectrum, it may not be sufficient to retain skilled caregivers in the long term.
