Job Title: Caregiver

Company: Homestead

Location: Utica, MI

Pay: $15 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $15 for a Caregiver role in Utica, MI, is below the national average for similar positions, which typically ranges from $16 to $20 per hour depending on experience, qualifications, and local market conditions. In Michigan, caregiver wages can vary significantly, but many regions offer higher pay to reflect the demanding nature of the work and to attract qualified personnel. Therefore, while the offered rate might be competitive in certain contexts or for entry-level positions, it generally does not align with industry standards, potentially making it challenging to attract and retain skilled caregivers in the area.
