Pay: $16 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: An hourly rate of $16 for an “AM Shift Leader” in Flint, MI appears to be on the lower end compared to industry standards. According to various salary surveys and data sources, shift leaders in similar roles in Michigan typically earn between $18 to $24 per hour, depending on factors such as the specific industry, experience, and the level of responsibility. Given the cost of living in Flint and the competitive job market, an hourly wage of $16 may not be conducive to attracting and retaining qualified candidates, particularly in sectors like retail or hospitality where effective leadership is crucial. Therefore, this rate may require re-evaluation to better align with industry expectations and regional economic conditions.
