Job Title: AM Caregiver/MedTech

Company: Homestead

Location: Canton, MI

Pay: $15 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: An hourly rate of $15 for the role of “AM Caregiver/MedTech” in Canton, MI, appears to be on the lower end of the scale when compared to industry standards in the region. As of 2023, caregiver salaries in Michigan typically range from $12 to $20 per hour, with MedTech roles often commanding a higher rate due to the additional medical responsibilities. Factors such as experience, certifications, and the specific employer can influence these rates. Therefore, while $15 may be acceptable for entry-level positions, it may not attract experienced candidates or align competitively with the rising cost of living and demand for healthcare workers in the area.
