Job Description
Job Title: Delivery Driver – Part Time
Company: Conrad’s
Location: Cleveland, OH
Pay: $13 – 16 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $13 to $16 for a part-time delivery driver in Cleveland, OH, is somewhat competitive but generally falls below the national average for similar roles in urban areas. As of 2023, delivery driver wages in the U.S. typically range from $15 to $20 per hour, with variations depending on factors such as experience, the delivery service, and prevailing local wage standards. Given that Cleveland has a lower cost of living compared to some larger metropolitan areas, the proposed pay might attract some candidates, but it may not be sufficient to ensure high retention or attract the most qualified individuals, especially in a labor market that values competitive pay and benefits.
