Job Description
Job Title: Retail Merchandise Supervisor
Company: TJX Companies
Location: Lewis Center, OH
Pay: $14 – 14.5 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $14 to $14.50 for a “Retail Merchandise Supervisor” in Lewis Center, OH, is below the national average for similar roles, which typically range between $16 to $22 per hour depending on experience and the specific responsibilities of the position. Factors such as cost of living in Lewis Center and local market demand can impact wage levels, but overall, this rate appears to be on the lower end of the spectrum, suggesting that it may not be competitive enough to attract qualified candidates in a market where retail supervisory roles often command higher wages. Employers offering this rate may face challenges in retaining skilled workers or could need to provide supplementary benefits to enhance the overall compensation package.
