Job description:
Do you want to work for the leading building services provider in the area? Environment Control is seeking a dependable individual to fill an evening Cleaning/Float position across office buildings located in Medina, Wadsworth, Fairlawn, Montrose, Brunswick, and Seville. Candidates must possess a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation, as travel to all these locations on a nightly basis is required for consideration.

We are looking for individuals who are available to start immediately, pending successful completion of a criminal background check and drug test. The Float position entails cleaning open sections in various accounts/buildings, with work hours ranging from 3 to 6 hours nightly (20-30 hours per week). This position operates Monday through Friday after 6 PM, with rotating Saturdays required (candidates must be available to work every other Saturday). The starting pay rate for this role is $18.00 per hour.

Applicants must meet the following criteria to be considered:
1. Successful completion of a criminal background check.
2. Reliable transportation.
3. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
4. Prior housekeeping or commercial cleaning experience is preferred.
5. Successful completion of a drug test.
6. Possession of a contractor badge (a bonus of $200 will be provided).
