Seeking State Tested Nursing Assistants (STNAs) for Home Care positions in Port Clinton, Ohio. We are now offering competitive pay rates ranging from $15 to $17 per hour, along with bonuses of up to $1,000!

Candidates must be available to work Monday through Friday from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m.

As a Home Care Aide, you will work one-on-one with clients in their homes, providing support with the following activities:

  • Light housekeeping tasks, including organizing, laundry, and basic cleaning.
  • Assisting with personal tasks such as dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
  • Running errands, grocery shopping, and accompanying clients to appointments.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) certification, a minimum of one year of supervised employment experience as a home health aide or nurse aide, or completion of a 30-hour Training and Competency Evaluation Program covering required topics.
  • If you do not meet the above criteria, you will be required to complete a 30-hour company-paid training before engaging with clients.
  • A commitment to professional development, including required organizational and state training.

Note: Caregivers must comply with state background screening requirements. Compensation, benefits, time off, and bonuses may vary based on state and location. OHIO ONLY – Effective December 9, 2024, eligibility for a $500 hiring bonus will be contingent on maintaining active employment with at least 500 hours worked. A second bonus of $500 will be available for caregivers who complete an additional 500 hours of work. Caregivers must be active employees at the time of bonus payout. New and returning caregivers who have not worked for Help at Home in the past 12 months will qualify for the bonus. Caregivers transitioning from another organization within the Help at Home, LLC portfolio will not be eligible for these bonuses. Caregivers will be eligible for paid training, which must be completed prior to beginning work, and will be compensated after finishing 80 scheduled hours.
