Job Title: PM Caregiver/MedTech

Company: Homestead

Location: Canton, MI

Pay: $15 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: An hourly wage of $15 for a PM Caregiver/MedTech in Canton, MI, appears to be on the lower end of the compensation spectrum for this role. The typical pay for caregivers in Michigan ranges from $12 to $20 per hour, depending on experience, qualifications, and specific job duties. MedTechs, who often have additional responsibilities related to medication management and patient care, may command even higher wages, with salaries commonly exceeding the $15 per hour mark especially in urban areas. Therefore, while $15 may attract candidates, it may struggle to retain quality staff or compete with better-paying offers in the region, indicating a need for reevaluation to align with industry standards.
