Job Title: Shipping Lead

Company: Jetpack Shipping

Location: Tallmadge, OH

Pay: $18.5 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: An hourly rate of $18.50 for a “Shipping Lead” position in Tallmadge, OH, is generally considered below the competitive range for similar roles in the area and industry. According to industry data from the Bureau of Labor Statistics and salary aggregation websites, typical wages for shipping and logistics leads often range between $20 to $28 per hour, depending on the company, required experience, and specific job responsibilities. Additionally, cost of living adjustments in this region may warrant a higher pay to attract qualified candidates. Therefore, while $18.50 may be appealing for entry-level positions or companies with tighter budgets, it likely does not align with industry standards for experienced shipping leads.
