Job Description
Job Title: Front Desk/ Communication Specialist
Company: Erickson Senior Living
Location: Novi, MI
Pay: $15 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: An hourly rate of $15 for a Front Desk/Communication Specialist in Novi, MI, appears to be on the lower end of the spectrum compared to industry standards. As of 2023, the average hourly wage for similar roles in the area typically ranges from $16 to $20, depending on experience, specific responsibilities, and employer type. While entry-level positions may start around $15, candidates with relevant experience or specialized skills often command higher pay. Therefore, while this rate may attract initial interest, it may struggle to retain talent or compete effectively with other local employers offering better compensation and benefits.
