Job Title: Front Office Coordinator Float – Fenton, MI

Company: Athletico

Location: Fenton, MI

Pay: $15 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: An hourly rate of $15 for a “Front Office Coordinator Float” in Fenton, MI appears to be on the lower end of the spectrum when compared to industry standards. As of my last data update in October 2023, the average hourly wage for similar administrative roles in Michigan typically ranges from $16 to $25 per hour, depending on factors such as experience, specific job responsibilities, and company size. While cost of living considerations may play a role in wage levels, this rate may not fully reflect the skill set and responsibilities expected of a Front Office Coordinator, potentially leading to challenges in attracting qualified candidates. Therefore, the offered rate could be deemed less competitive within the current job market in the area.
