The key responsibilities of this role include:

• Welcoming every guest who enters the studio with enthusiasm, energy, and expertise.
• Presenting the Orangetheory Fitness concept to prospective clients during introductory sessions.
• Managing front desk operations, including answering phone calls and engaging with members.
• Conducting studio tours for visitors.
• Collaborating closely with trainers to guide new members through their initial Orangetheory workout.
• Promoting and selling memberships to support the studio’s success.
• Following up on prospective clients to cultivate relationships.
• Addressing and resolving members’ concerns professionally and with empathy.
• Participating in marketing and community outreach initiatives to enhance studio visibility.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming environment in all studio areas.
• Attending and participating in all relevant Orangetheory Fitness training programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:

• Strong customer service skills.
