Key Responsibilities:
– Prepare restaurant tables with meticulous attention to sanitation and order.
– Greet and attend to guests with warmth and efficiency.
– Present menus, highlight seasonal items, and assist guests in selecting food and beverages.
– Address questions and provide recommendations for complementary products.
– Accurately take and deliver food and beverage orders to guests.
– Confirm that meals are prepared correctly and meet guest satisfaction.
– Collaborate effectively with team members in both the front and back of the house.
– Proactively anticipate and address guest needs or concerns to enhance their experience.
– Handle any complaints or issues with a positive and constructive attitude.
– Process bills and accept payments punctually.
– Assist with various roles including host, expo/food runner, busser, and takeout/deli server, as directed by leadership.

Requirements:

Education:
