As part of our Heart-of-House team, Line Cooks and Prep Cooks play a vital role in creating our made-from-scratch dishes while showcasing their culinary skills and engaging with our guests in our display kitchens.

REQUIREMENTS - Prior experience in a full-service restaurant kitchen is preferred.
- Must be a strong team player.
- Ability to multitask effectively.

ESSENTIAL PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS - Ability to stand for the duration of the shift.
- Frequent bending, stooping, reaching, pushing, and lifting.
- Lifts and carries tubs, trays, and cases weighing up to 100 lbs. on a regular basis.
- Frequent exposure to smoke, steam, high temperatures, humidity, and extreme cold.
