NTB, now proud to be part of the Mavis Tires family, is seeking full-time Automotive Assistant and Service Managers to join Team Mavis at our state-of-the-art automotive service and retail tire sales centers in the Hudson, OH area. As one of the largest tire sales and automotive repair chains in the United States, with over 2,000 retail locations, Mavis is committed to providing exceptional service to our customers.

About the Position of Assistant Manager
The Assistant Manager will oversee the efficient operation of the repair shop. Key responsibilities include scheduling the work of mechanics and technicians, ordering parts, ensuring the timely and quality completion of jobs that exceed customer expectations, maintaining safety protocols for personnel, and ensuring a clean working environment. Candidates should possess a solid understanding of under-car repairs, alignments, tires, and exhaust systems, along with basic math and computer skills. Effective communication of safety and mechanical issues to the store manager is crucial for informing customers. Basic supervisory and leadership skills are essential for success in this role.

About the Position of Service Manager
The Service Manager will assist customers in selecting the appropriate tires and necessary under-car repair services.
