Job Title: Laboratory Technician I

Company: LanceSoft

Location: Cleveland, OH

Pay: $18 – 21 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $18 to $21 for a “Laboratory Technician I” position in Cleveland, OH, is generally at the lower end of the spectrum when compared to industry standards. As of 2023, entry-level laboratory technicians often earn between $20 and $25 per hour, depending on the specific field (e.g., clinical, research, environmental) and the demand in the region. Considering the cost of living in Cleveland, this pay range may be less competitive, particularly given the increasing wage expectations in the healthcare and scientific sectors. Overall, while this rate may attract some applicants, it may not effectively retain talent or meet the expectations of skilled workers in laboratory settings.
