NTB, a proud member of the Mavis Tires family, is seeking full-time Automotive Assistant and Service Managers to join Team Mavis at our state-of-the-art automotive service and retail tire sales centers in Cuyahoga Falls, OH. With a robust network of over 2,000 retail locations, Mavis stands as one of the leading tire sales and automotive repair chains in the United States.

Position Overview: Assistant Manager
The Assistant Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring the seamless operation of the repair shop. This individual will be responsible for scheduling the work of mechanics and technicians, ordering parts, and overseeing the efficient and timely completion of jobs to exceed customer expectations. Additionally, the Assistant Manager will ensure the safety of personnel and maintain a clean workspace. Candidates should possess a solid understanding of under-car repairs, alignments, tires, and exhaust systems, along with basic math and computer skills. Effective communication of safety and mechanical issues to the store manager is essential for customer relations. Basic supervisory and leadership skills are also necessary for success in this role.

Position Overview: Service Manager
The Service Manager is responsible for assisting customers in selecting the appropriate tires and identifying necessary under-car repair services. This role is sales-focused and requires prior experience in sales, particularly in products or services that involve upselling techniques.
