We are currently seeking qualified candidates to fill immediate openings for both full-time and part-time Senior Cook positions.
The role is based at the Cleveland Museum of Art, located at 11150 East Boulevard, Cleveland, OH 44106. Please note that applications are accepted exclusively online.

Job Summary:
The Senior Cook prepares meals that are not only nutritious but also flavorful, adhering to federal, state, local, and company standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee the cooking activities of food service associates as directed by the Food Service Director.
- Prepare a variety of entrees and menu items according to established recipes.
- Operate and maintain kitchen equipment, ensuring thorough cleaning after each use and performing scheduled cleaning routines.
- Properly store, label, and date food items in compliance with company policies, while maintaining organized storage for dry goods, as well as refrigerated and frozen products.
- Implement HACCP guidelines to ensure the quality and safety of all food supplies.
- Adhere to all relevant health and sanitation regulations, as well as department sanitation procedures.
- Support the Food Service Director in maintaining accurate daily production records and complete all assigned documentation, reports, and logs.
- Assist in cross-training team members.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
