Seeking a CDL A Driver

We are currently seeking a qualified CDL A truck driver to join our family-owned business, which proudly boasts one of the lowest turnover rates in the industry. This position emphasizes no-touch freight, primarily consisting of drop and hook loads.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Average Weekly Pay: $1,300 to $1,500, supported by a minimum pay program to ensure stability even during unforeseen circumstances.
  • Sign-On Bonus: $1,000
  • Orientation Pay: $1,000
  • Home Time: Enjoy two full days at home every other week, with an effort to accommodate weekend returns, though weekend home time cannot be guaranteed.
  • Equipment: Utilize top-quality equipment, including automatic transmission Freightliners, Volvos, and Peterbilts, all equipped with APU and inverter.

Driver Experience Requirements:

  • Minimum of 6 months in the past 24 months or 1 year in the past 36 months of driving experience.

Job Responsibilities:
You will transport general freight in a dry van trailer across all 48 states, primarily managing drop and hook loads to optimize your mileage.

Orientation Details:
Upon joining our team, we provide travel accommodations via flight or rental car, a single-occupancy hotel room, and all meals during orientation. You are welcome to bring a spouse or pet as we have a no-wait rider and pet policy. Orientation pay of $1,000 will be reflected in your first paycheck.
